Phone number got switched when I got a new tablet device
I have a strange problem and I was wondering if someone from FreedomPop staff could help me here. I had an HTC EVO phone for about a year now and it was working fine. Last weekend I ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 from FreedomPop and it was delivered to me yesterday. When I placed my order for the Tab 3 I also got a new phone number for it and was billed $4.99. However, something very strange happened. The phone number I got for Tab 3 went to my HTC EVO, which had a different phone number. What I would like to do is to use the new phone number with the Tab 3. As far as HTC EVO, I would like that deactivated from FreedomPop, since I don't really need to carry two devices. I tried calling FreedomPop but their offices are closed until Monday. Please, help. Thanks.
