Netgear Gateway 6100 not working or my account not working?

I got a Netgear 6100 and it worked for 4 days. But not any more.
Now it has 4 or 5 stars and LTE light on. Network shows LOCAL only.
5 star and LTE light on, in 19216801 home page shows full bar Sprint LTE, but data disconnected
I can goto 192.168.0.1 and tries CONNECT, but it shows "data disconnected"
I tried remove and reinstall the SIM card, reset, and antena but no luck.
I tried different location, but no luck.
I think the sim card , sprint lost connection or Freedompop stopped my account?
