Cannot make call over 3g with Galaxy Tab 3 7.0

I just received this device directly from Freedompop a few days ago. It comes with one month premium plus try. Yesterday when I tried to make my first call over 3g, I got the message:
"You have used all allowed Premium voice minutes for this period. You can continue anyway or find a better signal." (please see attached image 1)

Today when I was in the office, when I tried to make a call over 3g. I got a different dialog. (Image 2). 12345678901234567890 is attached to the phone number. It let me either close the dialog or add this number into contacts.

I can go to internet on 3g. Also I can receive call on 3g. On 4g or wifi, all works fine.

Anybody has clue about this?

    are you planning on keeping the premium plus service after your trial?

    The thing about premium voice is that for your plan type you only get 500 minutes a month. However when you run out it should just revert back to normal voip. Although I'm don't quite understand how that tablet is capable of using the 2G network for calls. It doesn't have the radio for it.

    I believe the premium plus needs to be deactivated and then put back on your account and that will fix the issue.or if the services of the premium plus are something you don't want or need then just remove it and don't bother putting it back on.

    Common issues related to FreedomPop Devices:

    If you are having trouble with the FreedomPop messaging app registering, always try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work download push notification fixer (no root) from the play store. make sure both intervals are set to 5 minutes and click apply.

    This device SM-T217S comes with a sim card which supports 2G, 3G, and 4G network. I have not used any premium minutes yet. I just want to try the quality of premium voice. If it is good, I am going to keep it. If not, back to basic.

    I don't know...I could be wrong, but it sounds to me like people on native sprint can't even make phone calls via the traditional cellular network. They're all talking about using a VOIP app. See here:

    the Tab 3 has no native 2G dialer, so Premium Voice cannot use it to connect
