This is a fairly well-known issue - to be brief, the Android OS is looking for Kyocera-specific libraries and can't see them on Hydro Icon firmware version 2.033BT. Your options are:
    1. Continuing to uninstall updates to Google apps that you intend on using (as well as Google Play Services) and waiting for the official fix to exit the testing phase,
    2. Joining the testing group for the official fix via Twitter, or
    3. Rooting your phone and copying libpredtm.so into /system/lib
If you want to go with options 2 or 3, there's a pretty detailed post on the Android Forums. Option 3 carries the most risk, but if you are planning on rooting anyway or do not want to wait out the release of the official patch, it is a viable option. Personally, however, I believe that it's a lot safer for less technical users to just wait on the update or join the testing group to get it early.
