Why am I still being charged for Home Burst services?

    I received a refund for last months unused services, but there is a new charge on my cc for this month, right along side the charges for my Mingle. Do I need to delete something?

    Ok I'm back again, with the same problem again this month, you still haven't got a handle on the recurring charge I paid for Home burst service before it went out of business. I have since gone totally free with my Mingle service giving up some unused data in the process. I shouldn't owe Freedompop anything, yet there is the charge again on my card.

    To make it more clear, I've been refunded twice for the Hub Burst service, the initial refund, and the one that was the reason for this post, now there's a new charge on my card for this month. Do I need to cancel my VISA?
