New phone, stopped working after less than two weeks. Waiting for response since 12/19

Hi, I hope someone can help me, I sent an e-mail to support on 12/19 and I have yet to hear back. My Moto E stopped working after less than two weeks, will not power on and doesn't even light up when I plug in to charge... it is completely dead. I need to exchange this for another phone. My incident number is 151219-000887. Thanks
