can't activate phone - Phone can't connect to network

Hi, I recently signed up with my HTC one E8 on the BYOD page, and I successfully made it to payment and got billed 19.99 for the activation. I have gotten the emails saying that I joined freedompop, but when I login to my account, it says I don't have a device. I also can't update profile/PRL. It keeps saying "The profile update could not be completed. Please try again later"

Please help me activate my device!
