I need help getting my daughter's account unsuspended
I downgraded my daughter's plan to the free plan when she had one billing day left on her cycle. The next day, I got an email offering her a free one month trial. I accepted the offer and her phone updated and everything was fine. Now her data isn't working and I logged in and her account is suspended pending a credit card update. Because of the suspension, I can't even see the plan that she is subscribed to so I can downgrade it to the free plan. Can someone please help me straighten this out tonight? She will need her data in the morning.
