I downgraded from 2GB to 1GB data plan

My credit card was charged for the monthly fee on January 13th. Then, I downgraded on the 14th to the 1GB plan. Then, I was charged another $10.99. Please refund the charge for the 2GB data plan that I was originally on.
Also, what is the status of the replacement phone? Ticket 160104-001710.

I took a look at your account and was able to see that you downgraded from the 1gb to the premium 500. However, I have gone ahead and refunded you the charge for the 1gb. Please allow 3-4 business days for the refund to appear on the account.
