As of January this year, I can no longer us LTE. 3G works fine, but LTE fails. When I use safari on LTE, I am sent to a device activation page, which either fails or says I am no eligible for LTE. I tried updating network profile, rebooted a couple times, still no LTE. My brother has the same issue with his iPhone 5 as well. Running latest iOS. What can I do to restore my LTE service?

Thanks for the bump rich, but still no LTE service. I don't know what else to do. Does FP realize they cannot charge me overage fees if I can't use my data? It makes no sense why they won't fix this.

Update, now my 3G no longer works. So now I have no service outside of home Wifi. Reported to tech support, still no answers. I guess I am blacklisted?

New Update: I was told by Karina (from the forum support) that "this is a know connection issue and we are currently looking for a resolution" Good to know that it is not just me, but if I have been without cellular data for almost 2 months and wonder how much longer a fix will be.

I'm having the exact same issues and its very frustrating! LTE stopped working for me about 3 months ago, but 3G still worked. Now 3G stopped working and my phone is useless unless I connect to wifi. PLEASE HELP!!!

BIG UPDATE: LTE and 3G have resumed working for the last few days. Everything seems back to normal again, let's hope it sticks.
