I have two MiFi 500 (LTE) when I turn them on all I can get is 3g connection which doesn't work. I am in 4LTE area all the time but will not connect, what is the problem.

    I have the same problem as you do. It seems like this is the common issue that FreedomPop couldn't resolved and won't tell the customers before buying. I don't know what to do at this point. I have contacted the support team many times and have no answer to it.

    SAME ISSUE....4G LTE .....GOING TO 3G...AND JUST SEARCHING...but will not connect
