Monthly Cycle Change Suspended Account?

Once again, a new monthly cycle and a new suspended service. I have the unlimited text/talk and 500 MB data with 500 MB additional from friends. I renewed the annual plan Jan 19th, so here we are again with nothing working. No text, no talk, no data. 100% fail. I even have the auto top-off on, but... nothing.

The website home page looks different too. No picture of the phone and phone number, no link for detail usage... nothing but the Alerts & Notifications. I can't find a link anywhere to the data usage at all, nor the amount remaining. It's as if the account was downgraded to no longer have data.

How do I get this fixed?

    I used the DM feature via Twitter to @FreedomPopHelp to get the account suspension removed. Still no answer as to why it was suspended in the first place. Frustrating to lose service for 18 hours for no reason.
