I need my device deactivated and number available to port
I'm trying to activate on Straight Talk because I've had poor quality service over the past almost 2 years but now the over-the-phone customer service for freedompop keeps hanging up on me so I needed to try here. Straight Talk said I need the port information. Like the account number, Account Password, PIN or V-Key
