Downgrade account error

Hello,

I am trying to downgrade my voice/txt to the free plan, but it gives an error saying I need to update my account info before I do so. Can you please downgrade my account? Thank you!

    I took a look at your account and was able to see that your plans have already been downgraded on your S4. If this is not the account please send me a private message providing me with the account email.
