Double billed for $7.99

In my recent billing cycle (Mar 6), I was billed twice for $7.99. Can you please credit or reverse one of the charges?
Also, my rollover data disappeared - should be over 1GB, but is now back to 500MB. Can you please restore that as well?

    I took a look at your account and was able to see that you were refunded the double charge. I have also escalated your roll over issue to have the data restored :3
