Help, I still have plenty of data left, but by data connection is disconnected.

    Well, the good news is it's not your device or your plan. The bad news is that Sprint service is down in your area. (Well, in any event, that's what's wrong in my case, since this morning.)

    I realize this was not something under FreedomPop's control, but I have to say that in the few years that I had a WIMAX device, there was never an issue with the network. What good is 4G, if the network is unstable? On the Sprint outage map today, there's a big, red dot over the whole NYC metropolitan area.

    Thing is my Virgin Mobile Cell phone that uses Sprint network is working fine...Only freedompop sprint network is not working so its not totally Sprint fault. I have both Virgin mobile and freedompop devices and only freedompop devices stopped working!

    I sincerely apologize for the delay in response. If you could please attempt to dial ##SCRTN# to update network settings and if its a hotspot please perform a profile update. Please let us know if this helped your issue as other users with the similar issue has resulted in resolving the current network issue.

    OK, I got an email from FP with a link. And it worked! Glad to have my service back.

    Now if I could only get back those lost days from my month! In the email they offered an extra 300mb, which is nice, but due to my device being out of service for close to a week, I have plenty of data left this month, and only a few days left to use it. I don't need more data, I need more time! :)

    I am having the same issue as last month. Since yesterday the hotspot won't connect to the Web, however this time I can't log on to perform the profile update. Last time, that was what solved the problem.

    When I put into my browser (which is what has always worked for me in the past) or (which is what FP has in the Quick Start Guide, but has never connected for me), I get a timeout message. So my Mingle won't connect to the Internet, and I can't reset it. Help!

    http://myhotspot Settings (requires an admin login, credentials should be on your hotspot screen) > Network > Update Profile

    That's doing nothing on my device.
