Service Suspended: Why did my service suspend at 400MB on the free plan?

For any extra data that you use, you will be charged on a Pay As You Go basis. To cover any Pay As You Go charges, the Automatic Top-Up feature will fund your credit account when you get within 100mb of your monthly plan capacity limit. If this feature is turned off your account will suspend when the data threshold is reached (~100MB). If the service is disabled you can manually add credit to your account to reactivate your service through the "Billing" section of your FreedomPop account page.
