Password errors

I accidentally erased the password section from my tablet. When I attempt to connect, it will not allow me. I have also forgotten the password I'm supposed to use. When I try to type a password in, the connect button is greyed out until the 5th character, and is lit 'connect' on that 5th character, then is greyed out again on the 6th character and beyond, therefore I cannot connect at all.
Yes I've attempted a reset but the device will not do so,

    I took a look at your account and was able to see that another agent had reset your password for your issue. Did this resolve your issue?
