Porting PIN "not validated"

Hi,

how can I port out with the problem present:

is Validated: false

I tried to change the PIN, no help. Tried to use the last 4 numbers of PIN, no help.

    I took a look at your account and was able to see that the "validated" status has changed to true. It is now in process of porting out, please note it will take some time for your number to port out :3

    As there is no mod's response, I am sharing what at the end helped <?>:

    setting the PIN as the last 4 numbers of the phone number, saving and waiting overnight.
    Today, the values is TRUE and the port is in progress (albeit FP put a delay on the process).
