How do I update the Sprint Nano SIM information on my FreedomPop account?
How do I update the Sprint Nano SIM (Part: SIMGLW446C) information on my FreedomPop account? The website shows the phone (Motorola Moto X Pure) is already activated but the FreedomPop account does not have the SIM information like, ICC ID. The phone does not connect to the cellular network. When I turn on the phone, there is a notification "Configuring your cellular network" and a few minutes later it disappears without connecting to the cellular network. When I try to update the device config, it says "The profile update could not be completed" after a few minutes.
