Hi, I purchased a LG G3 to replace my LG volt. I thought I can switch the SIM out. But it does not seems to work. I don't see any option in account page to do this. All the link on activate new device points to creating a new account, which I do not want to. I am looking to keep the same email and phone number. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.
