FreedomPop app not updating days remaining in account

I have been using FreedomPop (the app, not the actual cellular service) for quite some time now. Just recently, I ran into an issue where the app wasn't updating the number of days left in the billing cycle, which is an issue since I use the Basic 200 plan. For a couple weeks, it has been showing 6 days remaining, but after a logout and then log back in, it has extended that time period to 15 days. Is there any way This could be fixed? I like the FreedomPop VoIP service, and I would really hate having to switch providers. Thank you!
