The Incoming Premium Voice setting/checkbox is enabled. Unable to receive calls with data/wifi off.
This morning I activated the Premium Voice on my phone and I am not able to receive incoming calls when wifi and cellular data is turned off. Outgoing calls work as promised, but incoming calls don't, even though the setting for Incoming Premium Voice calls is turned on. I have already reset my network settings and did a PRL update. I need reliable incoming calls, otherwise I do not need Premium Voice service. Please help! I've also submitted this question on the site: Question Reference # 160511-000167
