Please remove one of my phones from my account

First phone, LG Viper 4G LTE (LS840) on my account is defective, I have already bought new one and activated with another phone number, but all my shared MBs are going to my first phone. Please remove and deactivate this defective phone, I want to keep only the Kyocera Hydro in my account. Thanks.

    Hello @Anthony Bacenet

    Even if I remove the primary device, the data will still go to it. We cannot fully remove the account it will still show on there. However, I can move the Kyocera to the main account or it can be moved to another account so that it can get all the shared data.
