I am a new customer of FP and still waiting for my package. I notice all posts require approval to be shown. I found it is really inconvenience and reduce activity in the community. Some of my questions might be answer by warm-hearted member quickly. Now it requires approval for my question to be shown and another approval for the answer to be shown.

I understand there might be some negative feedback, however those feedback could also be posted on other website such as groupon by some users.

Probably FP could set a Verified User group (Actual customer verified by phone number), their posts could be shown immediately without approval.

Its good to have rules, but they should apply to freedompop as well. For a start 'Free' should mean 'no charge', not £3.99. Honesty is an important principle, and very important at the start of any relationship. If freedom pop ask for and store your credit card details the honest answer is charges will be made, and that is not free. Can I suggest a rebranding excercise. Relaunch as 'dompop', leave out the inaccurate part, or 'chargepop', thats getting more descriptive
