hotspot discrepency

I just started service and recieved my hotspot 3 days ago. My online account says I have 22 days left of service but the hotspot device says 10 days left which would be end of the month. Which one should I believe?

    @Robert Feuerstein - Normally, go by the online account (since that's what the billing will be based on).

    You don't say which model of hotspot you have, but chances are there's a setting somewhere in it's menus to set the monthly cycle start date.
