How do I activate multiple devices on one account?

I have 2 new phone that I want to activate, but when I register my email address I get a message saying "email already in use". These are for my kids and I want to monitor their usage.

    You're better off not having the phones all on one account. You can still monitor their usage by creating new email accounts and monitoring their phones through each account.

    Agree with @Marc Joseph, as I've seen postings complaining of problems with the online account management system, coping with multiple devices on one account (in particular, complaints about being unable to buy additional data quotas for anything but the primary device).

    I currently have 4 FreedomPop devices (2 phones + 2 hotspots) and each is on its own account. One added benefit is that each account can "share data" with all the others, so I get a data boost (+200 MB per month on all 4 accounts for all of them being "friends" with each other).
