Downgrade to basic plan

gagankhuranagagankhurana Posts: 1FreedomPop Newbie
I just ordered the services for basic plan, but the confirmation email says below things:
Plan: Free Trial Global 1GB Unlimited ($0.00) *($19.99 after first month)*
Device: Global SIM Kit - Voice/Text/Data Bundle ($3.99)
Shipping Option: Free ($0.00)
Additional Services: FreedomPop Premium Plus Free Trial ($7.99 after first month)
I don't want to pay anything whether first month or later for now. I was just looking to try it.
Please downgrade my services to basic plan with no charges at all.

Hi there, I follow those steps but can only downgrade to the "Global 200" plan. How to switch from Global 200 plan to Basic plan?

Here is a Post I wrote on the FreedomPop Forum that has Great Step-by-Step instructions on downgrading your account to the Basic Free Plan, or 100% Free. This has how to downgrade regular Plans, and how to downgrade the VAS Service Plans (Value Added Service, that get missed on occasion). It also has how to turn Auto top up off-

The Free Plan is the default plan when downgrading your account. There is no other way to pick this plan. Once downgraded, you will be on the Free Plan. Here are the Free Basic Plans FreedomPop Has Based on the Device you use-

FreedomPop Branded phones, and BYOD (CDMA data)-The Free Plan is 500 text, 200 voice and 500mbs Data.

FreedomPop Branded Hotspots, and BYOD (CDMA data) - The Free Plan is 500 mbs of 4G LTE, No 3G.

FreedomPop Global GSM Phone Sim (HSPA+ Data)-The Free Plan is 500 Text, 200 Voice and 200 mbs Data.

FreedomPop Global GSM (Data Only) Sim or the MiFi 2(HSPA+ Data) - The Free Plan is 200 mbs Data.

Than FreedomPop add the option on the FreedomPop Global Sim to Add WhatsApp Basic. That comes with 100 talk and Text and 200 mbs HSPA+ Data (Unlimited WhatsApp Roaming in 30 Countries).

Great Tips and Trick, User Guides and How to's in my Signature-(Take a Peek)

Hope you find any post I have created helpful. Please look for my How to-s(Downgrading-100% Free) and (How to use the FreedomPop Community), or my Guides on FreedomPop Devices(Phones) and (Hotspots). Here is one on (FreedomPop Plans). Here is one on all (FreedomPop Apps). He is one on(Traveling with your GSM Global Sim?) or Common Question about the (GSM Global Sim). You can PM me anytime by clicking this link here njfulwider5. Than click the BUTTON with the (Small Envelope), to left of the word (MESSAGE). I will do my best help. Welcome to FreedomPop
