Not receiving texts and calls -- need account refreshed?

Like numerous others now and in the past I'm currently unable to receive texts or calls while using mobile data. Over WiFi it's fine.

I've done all the recommended steps from carrier reset to reinstalling the messaging app to an entire factory reset on the phone (LG G2) and everything in between. I did have some credit card fraud not long ago and received a new card. My billing cycle isn't up for another week, but maybe getting rid of the old card that was saved in my billing profile did something.

Please, can someone at FP have a look? I'm getting frustrated at this because the answer is nowhere to be found.
