Service not available after number porting
I am using global sim with my old t-mobile Galaxy S2 phone. After I finished the number porting, I cannot make/receive a call. The freedompop messenger shows the correct account and the new phone number. The data connection looks fine. I can browse web pages. Try to connect the technical service phone number, after waiting for an hour, Freedompop disconnected me. Try to get assistance here. Do I need change something in my end, or Freedompop server side needs do some adjustment? Thanks for your help.
