"The device failed to activate."

I can no longer access 3G/LTE mobile data. Status shows, "Data disconnected." Pressing "Connect" does nothing. On the Network->Setup page, pressing "Update Data Profile" give me the error message, "The device failed to activate." Pressing "Update PRL" does nothing. Thank you in advance.
