Downgrading a second device on the same log-in account?

Hi,

I have two devices on the same log-in account. I am able to manage everything related to first device in my account. However, I don't see any of these menu options when I switched to second device. Now, I need to downgrade my second device, but there is no way I could be able to do it.

Does anyone have the same issue? How could I downgrade the second device plan/services? All answers are highly appreciated!
