Hello, I have freedom pop premier service and premium voice does not work. I make calls from home and work with WiFi connection and my phone switches to premium voice every time and it says I'm not authorized or activated to make a call. I have tried turning off WiFi and mobile data and that does not work, same thing. I would like to make regular calls but I have to figure out how to do that, I have to go through contacts and then choose a number for it to work. Premium voice is blocking regular calls can you help fix this?
