Why am I being charged 7.99 when I'm on the free plan?

I'm charged 7.99 when I clearly opt for the free plan.

    @whsutton Hi! Looks like you subscribed to the Premium Plus plan which is $7.99 per month. Please remove it by clicking here, and you will no longer be charged.

    I unsubscried from that plan already and was still charged, no biggie I'm canceling and sending all devices back.

    I am having a similar problem, I am working with customer service to hopefully get this issue resolved. I had premium plus service ($7.99) and the premium 500 plan ($7.99). I unsubscribed from the premium 500 plan, but was still charged for both the service and the plan.

    Plans and services are two different things. You must downgrade both.
