bought global 2 sim cards from freedompop, but received them as unactivated

I bought global 2 sim cards from freedompop, and added $5 credit to each of the sims, to prevent automatic top-up.
But I received the SIM cards as unactivated. I activated one using another email.
I would like to ask for:
1. for one SIM, transfer $5 credit to my new account using another new email, to prevent automatic top-up.
2. activate the SIM still with my old account with my old email.
