Incident Reports:

New customer as of 7/2/2016 - Freedompop started billing me when Nexus-5 Phone shipped on 7/2/2016.
New Device arrives on 7/12/2016 - Nexus-5 Phone intermittently shutdowns and will not boot-up yet battery is 100% charged.

Submitted multiple incident reports for assistance phone degraded and shut-offs 85% of day regrdless if charged or charging.
Using common Nexus-5 glitch quick fix to reboot (e.g. hold volume-down and power-on button simutaneousely for 20sec) will get it to turn randomly then shutdowns and will not come on again until hours later.
Do not want to perform factory reboot until after replacement phone is received because my old phone number just completed transferring to this new phone and I don't want to lose it.

Phone Calls to Tech Support:
1-855-703-5785 Called muliple times during business hours the Representative Transferred me an hung up both times (I provided them with my home phone number during the call but they did not call back).
