How do you fix the Invalid Sim Card error?
I have been using my Global freedomPop sim card in my iPhone 5s consistently fine for 4 days in a row in Italy. In the middle of browsing the web, an "invalid sim card" error popped up. A factory reset of my iPhone did not resolve my issue. My credit balance had expired and I re-activated the credit at 4:40 A.M. this morning. Even after re-activating the credit balance, I still receive the invalid sim card message. FreedomPop staff members, can you please look into my issue? Thank you in advance.
