Repeated 'No SIM Card' Error

Hello. Received my LG G3 7/25 and had the no SIM card error.
I submitted a support ticket that night (Question Reference # 160725-002384).
After no response, I submitted a second ticket 7/29. (Question Reference # 160729-001123)
Service kicked in that afternoon, however, last night I lost service and received the no SIM error again.
It's still displaying that. As such, my device will only function on WIFI.
Please fix this.
