no cell data

I can not get my phone (with FreedomPop GSM card) to use cell data. It only works if I am on wifi. I have followed everything on the troubleshooting page (https://support.freedompop.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2/~/troubleshooting:-cant-call-or-text) without success. I have the same problem with an older FreedomPop phone (Samsung Victory 4G LTE) on the cdma network.

Please help!

    you need to make sure you have cellar service in your area, and follow the steps from "Activating your phone GSM SIM card":

    My Phone would not register on Mobile Data from bootup with no WIFI.

    Make sure Google Services is NOT Restricted (ALLOW BACK GROUND DATA)

    to make Phone Calls, Text & Voice Messages from boot-up with out WIFI...

    You will probably have to reinstall FreedomPop Messaging and then do a Dialer Soft Reset (##72786#)4.. I did the Dialer Soft Reset with no WIFI....

    I just went through this because I had Google Services "Restricted"..

    BTW I love the new FreedomPop Premium Voice. I great call quality on
    calls and can make & receive calls in low signal areas.
