BYOD iPhone6

I just activated an iPhone 6 on freedompop. Everything completed, but my phone says "No Service". I tried updating my carrier profile settings, and I also tried completely resetting my phone to factory settings (A suggestion from freedompop support over the phone) but it did not help. Anyone else run into this issue?

    Can you please help
    I ordered SIM card and assigned it a phone number, inserted it
    I have done the APN settings
    Rebooted the iphone5s GSM unlocked
    I have reinstalled the app,
    ##873283# ##25325327# and ##72786#
    Cant make or receive phone calls on freedom-pop unless using WiFi or Data.
    If I don't have Wifi on, it says not registered.
    Please help
