FreedomPop Note 2 connectivity issue outside of wifi

Recently I've done a system reset, returning to factory stock. Whenever I'm disconnected from wifi, i often come across this issue where can't seem to connect to cellular data. I don't know if it is because i rarely use the freedompop messaging app, or what. Usually I connect to 4g LTE fairly easily. But when i don't have LTE, I expect to connect to 3g, If possible i would like a refresh of my account and possibly a network refresh. I have updated my prl and my profile, both of which did not solve any issues
