Data Only Sim associated with old email.
Last week I made a new account on freedompop after downloading the IOS free calling and texting app. Yesterday I received a data only sim I had ordered off amazon and mistakenly activated it using the same email I used to make an account for the free calling app I had download the week before. Now when I sign in to my account with the email, I only get options for upgrading or downgrading a voice and text plan associated with the free app. Plans for the data only sim are not showing up anywhere on the account (like if I never activated a sim on the same account). Can someone please help me with this issue? Or is it possible to move the Data only sim onto a new account with another email?
