Request to Switch Devices in my FreedomPop Account because the earlier one did not work
I had purchased a FreedomPop Overdrive Pro from FP. That device had a defect and hence I ended up returning that device to FP. I received the replacement device as FP Spot 803S. My account still shows the old device FreedomPop Overdrive Pro. Please inform what steps I need to take to switch the device to the new one that I received from FP?
