[Solved]Why hasn't my billing cycle rolled over w/ fresh data?

@Jorge Hi FreedomPop: My billing cycle ends on the 11th and always renews by the 12th each month. Today is the 12th, and there is no renewed billing cyle. I still have 179M from the previous cycle, but expected to see a data-refilled account by this morning.

What's going on?

(Two other related? issues: This morning my phone will not go online w/ FP Messenger or go on the internet w/ my browser; the "friend requests" my son and I have sent each other will not go through on this account.)
