Account not active?

Had freedompop for a month now using their free service, after using all the data before the data was renewed I've been getting no network connection. Also on the freedompop app it says 'account not active, you have used all your data' even though I have 200mb when looking at the data. Pls help.

    Try updating the prl and profile in the settings on your phone. First go to settings, and then system update and you should see update PRL and update profile there. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the freedompop messaging app. (note: it will delete all old text messages that you have) Hope this helps.
