No service, error 303

My phone is reporting 'No Service', and when I go to the FreedomPop app, I see the following message:

FreedomPop Message

Your FreedomPop device is inactive. Please contact customer service to resolve the issue.

code: 303

If you need help, please email [email protected] and [email protected] with this message. Thank you.

I sent an email last week and I haven't heard anything back. What's the procedure for getting my device activated?
