Contact Support to Activate

My phone isn't receiving any data. When opening the FP Messaging app, it says "contact customer support to activate" I've contacted support and they said they will help me in 2-3 days. Its been 1.5 weeks now. Can customer support plz reactivate my account??

    Ps, im having problems now that you guys reset all my accounts. 2 are now not working, while 2 are mis associated to my original account . I cant update the contact info to change the emails & names on the 2 newer phones! . I need these for my job & my kids schools!
