Paying for premier service, cannot reach premier service
My phone is cycling through a message sayng an app is hung and will not boot. Even though I pay for premier service on my account every month your phone system does not recognize my number as a premier customer and will not let me connect to premier help. My car is in the shop and I need my phone to work now, otherwise why am I paying you 10.99 a month for a service I don't have access to when I need it!!!
