Can't connect

So I bought an LG G3 from Freedompop several months ago. It worked for about 2 weeks and after that, it was never able to connect to the wireless network. I get bars with an exclamation mark when out of wifi. I've tried to update the profile, but I get "Authentication error" every time. I have another Freedompop phone that connects and works perfectly fine.
