Freedompop device is inactive

Phone says I have lte service but no app that uses the internet will work. When opening the freedompop app it says my device is inactive please contact customer support to resolve issue. When I log in to my account via computer it says every thing is fine.

Searching the forum, this seems to be a common problem when data drops below 100mb (as mine has).

Can an someone in support please help.

    2 days and plenty of view but no replies. Not exactly the kind of customer service I would hope for. I'm glad that I don't have to count on my freedompop phone for my everyday communication.

    I had my sim 48 hours ago, my old number moved 24 hours ago and have not yet been able to make a phone call. I have been told I could have to wait up to 42 hours before I can make a call!! I hope the service improves or I shall be leaving in less than 72 hours.
